[GNC] import

Thanks John, not only for looking into this but for ALL your hard work on Gnucash.  I was just remembering this happened on an update a ways back with "Tools" when it lost the AQBanking choice.  Maybe it is a similar problem.

Only on Windows, and I've been trying to figure that out.
