Really, slow down and be more specific with more details.

You 'found a file folder' WHERE exactly? How? What were you doing when 
you 'found' this folder?

What do you mean 'apparently from MS?' What is 'MS', Microsoft? Why do 
you think it is 'from Microsoft'?

Exactly what do you mean by you "tried to send the name etc."?

What were you trying to do and where?

You've got too many 'what ifs' and 'unknowns' going on here with very 
little specifics. It is very difficult to offer help with such sparse 
details.

And you STILL have not answered some basic questions about how you 
regularly open your GnuCash file...
