[GNC] Update F::Q in flatpak GC?

Look in the tracefile (https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile) or run `gnucash-cli -Q info` (see https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Flatpak#Using_Command_Line_Tools for how to run that from a flatpak) to see what the errors are.
