[GNC] How to export reports to spreadsheet format(s)?

Most spreadheet programs can read the HTML saved by GC.  I know for a fact 
that LibreOffice is quite happy with it.

Or, you can select all the text in a report and copy/paste into a blank 
spreadsheet.
