[GNC] USAA OFX Direct Connect stopped working

https://www.usaa.com/inet/wc/faq_BankWS_Quicken_and_Microsoft_Money_BankFaqL1_index  is still up, and Google points to that as the first page when searching for the terms you provided. What are the actual URLs that are failing for you?
