Sorry, I misinterpreted

That's normal after a crash, which prevents GnuCash removing the lock file. You can safely click "Open Anyway" in that case.

If you get the entry point error again could you take a screenshot? I can't find any references to "xmllOFTPClose" in any of our dependencies nor does Google find it.
