I have already watched all the Busy Bee training videos on YouTube, which were incredibly helpful, but I still have some basic questions that I need help with.

What is your starting point. It is easy to learn to use gnucash to do
your double entry bookkeeping IF that is all you are learning (how to
use gnucash rather than the old fashioned way of pen and ink on paper.
But if you have never done double entry bookkeeping before, if you need
to learn THAT at the same time, you probably need more than the
tutorials that cone with gnucash.
I'd suggest looking for materials along the line of
"accounting/bookkeeping for the small business". Among other things,
there are differences if a sole proprietorship, partnership, or
incorporated. And some lines of business have different reporting
requirements than others.
Many of here are loathe to advise on that what to do (as opposed to "how
to do it using gnucash"). It's not, for example, that I might not know
how BUT lack the qualifications for giving accounting advice.
