[GNC] Adding new accounts

Reinstalled Gnucash plus I used another version of the file (technically a backup file) that I had deleted earlier because I screwed up some entries and was trying to start over with an older backup.  Seems to be working correctly now.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the program has stopped working. Use
Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) to see whether it is still using CPU and
disk resources.
