[GNC] Trial Balance Report Settings

Surprisingly, no, there is no such setting.

Many if not most other reports have it.

You can file an RFE (Request for Enhancement) at bugs.gnucash.org

In the meantime, export or copy/paste the report to a spreadsheet and 
edit them out from there.
