[GNC] GnuCash 4.900 Released

I followed those instructions.  It failed because it appears to require
Gnome on Linux.  Correct?
I am running a different window manager.

On another computer, running Fedora 26 (very old) Linux, I get:
Unacceptable TLS certificate.
Reinstalling ca-certificates did not help.  I assume it is just too old.
Correct?
