[GNC] Where is config-user.scm supposed to be under Linux

config-user.scm is only needed if you are loading user-supplied Scheme.

It belongs in $HOME/.config/gnucash (appearently).  The Wiki is vauge and 
confusing.  Doing a gnucash --paths helped.
