[GNC] Upgrading to 5.3 from 2.6.15

I have decided to upgrade to the current version. Our current computer is
running Windows 10 and our new computer will be running Windows 11. My
thinking is that it would be best to upgrade on the Win 10 computer and
then start fresh on the Win 11 computer.

I have been looking at the FAQ's but I haven't found anything on upgrading
from one version to another. Where would I be looking for the best
information?
