[GNC] Unable to enter data in "Description" field of a Transaction

I seem to recall a bug fix for a similar freezing issue in the 
Description field on Windows systems. I believe that was implemented for 
5.2.

If you aren't on 5.2/5.3, I'd suggest giving it a try to see if the 
issue is resolved. Otherwise, perhaps step back to 4.14 for now.
