[GNC] Unable to enter data in "Description" field of a Transaction

One needs a login only to edit pages, not to read. When you have time and if the problem hasn't resolved itself, try opening a terminal window and running `traceroute wiki.gnucash.org`. If it prints more than 3 lines of * * * then kill it with control-C.
