[GNC] Merging Two Accounts

For the account you want to delete, please tell us the Account Type,
currency, whether it's a placeholder, and whether it has subaccounts;
then the same information for the account you want to move the
transactions to.

Can you identify anything the accounts in the "severely limited" list
have in common that makes them different from other accounts?
