If there is no Finance-Quote-1.56_02-? directory in 
C:\Strawberry\cpan\build (-? could be -0, -1, -2, ... ) then download 
the package from CPAN first.

C:> perl -MCPAN -e shell

cpan> get BPSCHUCK/Finance-Quote-1.56_02.tar.gz

Once downloaded, there should be both

Once you test using the the stockdump.pl example script, one can 
differentiate between an F::Q or Perl issue or a GnuCash issue.
