[GNC] gnu-fq-check missing

Hi, I've been trying hard to be able to run "Install Online Price
Retrieval", and I almost made it.. but I got this.. and it's right..
there's no gnu-fq-check program in bin.. how can I get it? I think I'm
almost there..
