[GNC] Change column widths

Thanks to Vincent Dawans, David H, David T and David Carlson for the 
answer to my problem.  I have now fixed it.  I have to say I did a 
search in the  gnucash-help.pdf file without finding anything other than 
changing column widths in invoices.
