[GNC] gnu-fq-check missing

Hi Murugan,
  I tried the unstable version because I always get some directory missing
errors with it, I thought I've found an app that was interfering beside de
antivirus, but now, with new install, I'm back to square one.. I almost did
it with the unstable version..
see, I always get errors of this kind, usually either /lib or /t is missing
in build.. I tried manually to add it, or delete it, and after re-runs
sometimes it worked, mostly not, until the next missing directory.. If you
can help me out here, I would really appreciate it.
Note: I'm using gnucash for personal matters, not business, I love it, but
I really want to be able to have the online pricing quote working..
