[GNC] Finance Quote problem MacOS High Sierra.

What results when you try from the command line, e.g.
  ALPHAVANTAGE_API_KEY=xxxx /Applications/Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/bin/gnc-fq-dump -v currency EUR USD
?
