[GNC] Should I upgrade or update?

I would recommend v5.0 as it's now stable. I've been running the betas and
now 5.0 on my Windows 10 machine. If by chance you do encounter a bug, it
would help the team by reporting it and you can easily just install 4.14 if
needed.
