[GNC] Release Notes?

Also https://www.gnucash.org/news.phtml. At the bottom of the page there's an Older Announcements link to a page with the release notes for everything back to 1.2.1 in 2000, though the notes were pretty sparse at the time.

There's also $PREFIX/share/doc/gnucash/NEWS with mostly the same information. $PREFIX depends on the OS/installation. In the macOS bundle it's Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources, on Windows it's C:\Program Files (x96)\gnucash, on most distro installs it will be /usr, and on flatpak it's /var/lib/flatpak/app/org.gnucash.GnuCash/current/active/files/.
