[GNC] YahooJSON API Non Functional Again

I went to the trouble of reverting to Alphavantage, but that also failed.  I
have the key set up but hadn't used Alphavantage in quite some time.

The URL used for fetching quotes in YahooJSON (yahoo_json method) is once
again not working.

Known issue, so please do not open a new issue at

https://github.com/finance-quote/finance-quote/issues/264 and will look at
using one of the alternative sources noted in the comments.

In the meantime I suggest switching to AlphaVantage (don't forget to acquire
and set an API token). See https://www.alphavantage.co/support/#api-key
