[GNC] Two accounts: same name, same parent

That seems odd. In my experience GnuCash won't allow two accounts in the immediate context with the same name (despite the fact that internally GnuCash doesn't use the human readable account name at all). I'm not sure how you succeeded in that, but your remedy should be fine.
