[GNC] linking pre-existing assets with liabilities

I suppose I haven't noticed the behavior in this case because I already 
only use the Description field in all transactions as the Payee/Payor. I 
put 'descriptive' info in the Notes & Memo fields. (Notes for the 
general transaction, Memo specific to that split)
