[GNC] the url "ghelp:gnucash-guide" does not point to a valid page, Ubuntu 22

This would seem to imply that other browsers may have ghelp: defined?  Or
can a user define ghelp so that it can be used?

Does this help the ghelp issue, or are you just making comments about
decisions to stay with the LTS versions?
