[GNC] Find what was in Accounts Payable some date in the past.

I just took another look at the PNG's, and it looks like you might not be using the A/P module correctly. To ascertain this, I would like to ask if you have setup vendor accounts. They would be the normal way for entering A/P expenses.

Does that mean one can never determine what is owed at the end of the
financial year? I would have thought that pretty important.
