I'm pleased I was able to help you; by the way, you should use "reply-all"
to ensure that your response is copied to the entire list. I have done this
for this response so that everyone can see where you are.

There is some kind of help for setting up accounts and getting going; I
know I used it when I started, but it has been a bit too long ago for me to
remember.
