[GNC] GnuCash_user: rounding errors and significant digits

FWIW, Jeff reported his problem in 2014, and was happy when Derek advised him to enter the number of shares and the total dollar amount of the transaction, leaving the price to be calculated. I'm not sure whose problem is being solved by this drawn out discussion.
