[GNC] DOS Payroll, Inventory, A/R, A/P, and G/L program

There is a single user, DOS, abandon-ware program with a  Payroll module. General ledger, Accounts Receivable & Invoicing, and Accounts Payable & P/O, Inventory modules are also available. It had a bug which is now fixed and some extensions. The program could be used as an example in designing modules for GnuCash, if appropriate.
