[GNC] Anomalous behaviour of a Bank Account Register

It seems you have inadvertently expanded the hidden Rate column beyond its
usual 1 pixel width - see this thread for details -

Judging by the thick line to the left of the "R" (Reconcile) column you
perhaps have reduced that to a 1 pixel width at some tome.
