[GNC] Stock quotes hung

GnuCash 4.14 uses the old perl utilities gnc-fq-check and gnc-fq-dump. The info and dump commands were added to gncuash-cli --quotes in 5.0.

FWIW I retrieved an AAPL quote from yahoo_json just now, so the problem isn't with Yahoo! messing with their URI again. Most likely there's an issue with one of your more thinly-traded securities, so repeat the triage steps from when this happened a few weeks ago to figure out which one.
