[GNC] Unable to add new scheduled transaction

Well, we all participate in the list but it's not a very good way to keep track of bugs so we have a bugzilla instance for that at https://bugs.gnucash.org/. Please file a bug there. There are instructions at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla#Commenting_on_existing_bugs_or_entering_new_ones.
