[GNC] Help accessing data file

Assuming that you have a Mac (you didn't say, but the message sounds 
Mac-ish):
System Settings>Privacy & Security>Files and Folders, scroll down to 
Gnucash, click on the ">" to the left of "Gnucash" and switch on 
Documents Folder.
