[GNC] Page Setup Orientation Ignored

Printing in any form (paper or PDF) requires manually setting of page orientation despite setup.

I’ve set Page Orientation in Page Setup to landscape.

Whenever I print a report either to a printer or Make PDF, this is ignored in the dialogue box and needs to be manually reset to landscape

It appears that the Page Setup setting is ignored. Is this a bug or is there some other source being picked up?
