[GNC] Using gnucash-cli for updating quotes on Windows

The missing Alphavantage key warning is independent of the price sources in your file because of Alphavantage being the default source for retrieving currency exchange rates.

You don't specify the source on the command line with '-Q get'. It's specified for each commodity in the data file.

The data-file spec takes a URI so you can use the form 'file:///o:/path/to/datafile.gnucash' to access files on a a different drive from your CWD.
