[GNC] Finance::quote YahooJSON

YohooWeb is a page-scraping alternative to Yahoo-json. The web URLs are a lot more stable than the REST API ones. Page format changes will break it, but one can hope that web breakage and REST breakage will happen at different times.  There's one caveat, Yahoo! uses a script element for the quote date-time on the web page and the page-scraper can't get the result so it has to use the current time instead.
