[GNC] Error When Running GnuCash on Windows 11

There was a packaging error in the original gnucash-5.6.setup.exe that was fixed with gnucash-5.6-1.setup.exe so make sure that you got the right installer.

The current release is GnuCash 5.8 so you could install that instead.
