[GNC] Importing Transactions

I am just starting with Gnucash. I was importing transactions one month at
a time. January and February of 2024 went okay. They were balanced and
reconciled. When I did March the totals for February were changed and it
took me hours to figure out that transactions in February were changed even
when they had been reconciled. the same happened for April except it was
both March and February. I think this is a bug.
