In the PC search where you have stored the .gnucash files.  it should have a series of files (the latest and earlier backups). Copy the whole folder to your laptop.  Now open the file you have copied in laptop from Gnucash open file menu.

I am switching from a desktop pc to a windows 11 laptop and cannot get it to work. The program downloaded but I dont know how to move the files to the new location. Can anyone walk me through this. I am not very computer literate.
