[GNC] GnuCash 5.9-2 Mojave

You’re presumably using GnuCash 5.9-1. It’s 5.9-2 that has the wrong LSMinimumSystemVersion value. That’s OK, the difference is to work around a linking bug in macOS 15.2’s Writing Tools; users of older macOS versions don’t need it.
