[GNC] GnuCash Won't Start Widnows

That looks like a corrupted data file. Try starting GnuCash with —nofile. Make a new file, create one transaction, and save the file. Does that open OK?

The other thing that would be useful is to get some context around the errors, so run GnuCash with "—log gnc.backend.xml=debug” and try to open the file that’s crashing. The resulting trace file is going to be long so attach it to a reply instead of pasting the contents into a message.

Please be sure to copy the list on all replies. It looks like your reply to David didn’t make it to the list.

Regards,
John Ralls
