[GNC] Popup shows wrong acnt

OS: Linux
GC 4.14

I have some accounts open, so the bar near the top shows the accounts.
If I hover the mouse over one of those accounts, I get a popup with the
full "path" (acnt:subacnt:subacnt:...).

I then click on the leftmost Accounts, pick one of those other accounts
(that are on the bar), click Edit, change the parent account (move to a
different place).

If I then hover the mouse over that account (on the top bar) that just
moved, it still shows the  old "path".  Seems like a very minor bug (if
others have this issue).

If I close that moved account, and reopen it, when I hover the mouse, it
now shows the correct "path".
