[GNC] QIF import ignore account

Hi Fred

The reason for this problem you encountered with the QIF Importer:

Is this record in your file:
 > NDiv

As far as I can tell, this causes the QIF Importer to prepend 
"Income:Dividends:" to your account.



I must confess that I have always struggled when trying to use the QIF 
Importer for Investment transactions, however there is an easy 
alternative method to import Dividends using the CSV Importer.

See these four attachments:
(1) gnc_fred_div_import_result.jpg, which shows:
(a) The dividend allocated correctly to all three of your Bank, Income, 
and Blue Owl accounts.
(b) Balance Sheet showing the dividend as Retained Earnings.
(c) Advanced Portfolio Report showing the dividend as Income.
(d) The actual CSV file "div5.csv" - also attached.


(2) gnc_fred_div_import_settings.jpg, which shows the settings you need 
to choose in the CSV Importer to match the CSV file.  Note that you have 
to choose the correct column heading from the drop downs for each column 
in your CSV file - highlighted in magenta.


(3) gnc_fred_div_import_csv.jpg, which shows you the CSV import file. 
It contains 1 Header record and 3 Transaction Split records.


(4) gnc_fred_div_import.csv, this the actual CSV import file itself.
