[GNC] Liability Balances - All payments disappeared

Ah yes, another case of 'split' and I have lots of those!

For the record, Transaction Journal view shows each debit and credit and 
the Memos for each.

Double-Line shows the Notes field and is independent of Transaction 
Journal view.
