[GNC] Same currency pair, two places, same date

Hi Fred/GnuCash, 

https://fedoraproject.org/ - the current version of Fedora is 40 

https://gnucash.org/ - the current version of GnuCash is 5.8 

It is best to update to the current versions first so as to reduce the
amount of variables in troubleshooting issues for a project with limited
resources.
