[GNC] New accounts don't show up in GC 5.8 under Flathub

I confirmed that it was a side effect of the bug 799347 fix. I've now fixed that differently along with the rest of bug 799370. Please try tomorrow's nightly build, see https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Flatpak#Nightly_Test_Versions_at_gnucash.org for installation instructions.
