[GNC] Is this a legit part of the bug process, or is it spam?

I've blocked emails from Jira to my account, because everything I post
in this thread has generated new junk messages.
My guess is that someone has a GC subscription and when the GnuCash-user
message meets certain criteria all these junk messages get generated. If
it's not deliberate spam, it's poor programming.
