[GNC] Problem with Online Quotes/Price Database

If the button is greyed out it indicates an issue with your Finance
Quote install and Gnucash thinks it's not installed. Go to Start
Menu, Gnucash Folder and run Install Online Price Retrieval for
Gnucash and wait for it to finish. This can also be used to update
the Finance Quote module when an updated version is released.
