[GNC] List of gnucash packages available in flathub looks limited

I installed v5.7 from https://code.gnucash.org/builds/flatpak 
(gnucash-stable-C5.7-D5.7.flatpakref).

I have everything I need from https://code.gnucash.org/builds/flatpak.
